The Chamber welcomed two representatives of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce today to brief members on the Consumer Financial Protection Agency bill (H.R. 3162) and the Employee Free Choice Act bill (S.B. 560).

The Lafayette Chamber has lobbied against the EFCA bill, also known as card check. It would create an environment conducive to labor unions taking control of local small businesses.
