Our Lady of Lourdes is a newly constructed 192-bed hospital located in Lafayette. Lourdes is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, which is the largest locally-owned, not-for-profit health system in Louisiana. Lourdes employs more than 1200 people, in addition to offering a staff of over 400 active physicians in a variety of medical and surgical specialties. Encompassing 45 acres and an investment of $211 million, this new medical center is the largest building project in the history of Lafayette.
