LITE LAUNCHES REDESIGNED WEBSITE - Wednesday, November 02, 2011

Louisiana Immersive Technologies Enterprise (LITE) recently partnered with Bizzuka to redesign the organization's website, www.lite3d.com. The new site will serve as a vital communication tool for all clients, partners and organizations that are interested in the immersive technologies and resources offered at LITE.
LITE began conversations with Bizzuka in late August regarding updating the website, with a goal to unveil a complete new look before the end of the year.
"When the LITE Management team approached us about redesigning their website, we were very excited about helping them reach their online goals. Their new site is not only visually compelling, but now they have built-in controls to help them to keep information relevant and up-to-date. For an entity that is the focal point of technology in Lafayette, these capabilities are absolutely critical,” stated John Munsell, CEO/Co-Founder of Bizzuka.
The new website will provide visitors the opportunity to discover the capabilities of LITE – from projects utilizing Immersive Virtual Learning Environments (IVLE), to the advanced 3-D-visualization venues.
"As a team, we decided that it was time to make a significant change to the current website to provide more information to the community,” stated Monica Laverne, Chief Operations Officer. "Bizzuka brought the expertise to the table to create an interactive site, and we are very pleased with the outcome.”
Visitors now have the ability to request the use of LITE's venues for events and tours from the website, submit proposals for project ideas, and stay up-to-date on special events.
LITE's development team will also be launching a blog that will dive into the details of project creation, and the tools that are used in the industry.
