Workforce Issues Topic for Acadiana Regional Alliance Meeting - Tuesday, April 05, 2011

The Acadiana Regional Alliance (ARA) announced today its quarterly general meeting will feature an informative discussion on the workforce and economic development by Dr. Joe May, president of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System.
The meeting will be held Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 7:00 am at the Petroleum Club of Lafayette (111 Heymann Blvd.) and includes breakfast. The public and media are invited to attend. The cost is $25 per ticket. Please RSVP to nicole@lafchamber.org.
The Acadiana Regional Alliance is a community of parishes united to promote the interests of the Acadiana region on various topics which affect the business environment. ARA identifies issues and develops initiatives to address the needs of the region while working closely with local, state and federal officials in advocating for these initiatives.
